In 2016, the dynamic of the interpretation industry continued to change.  We began to see an increase of interpreters obtaining certifications for National Board of Certification for Medical Interpreters (NBCMI) and Certified Health Interpreters (CHI).  This has provided a great opportunity to procure fantastic talent. We are happy to announce that we have 5 new interpreters who joined our team.

In 2015, we contracted with a company that provides interpretation equipment including sound-booths, table-top portable booths, headsets, transmitters and microphones. We are happy to announce that we now have the capability to handle large-scale events with equipment requests.

In 2014, we see an increase in the demand for medical interpreters, particularly in the field of IVF and surrogacy services.  We've added case managing services in order to better serve our clients.

In 2013, we added notarization and videography services in order to fulfill the large demand for comprehensive legal services.

In 2012, we spent more advertising dollars; took an aggressive approach towards the online market share. We hoped to increase our visibility in order to help more U.S. companies to explore and expand their overseas Chinese market.

In 2011, we  rolled out more training materials, classes for all court certified interpreters in the state of California.  We also added an referral system, though we specialize in Mandarin Chinese and English.  However, if you are looking for interpreters in other languages, we are well connected in the interpretation industry and would be more than happy to refer.
